Pilot Testing and Evaluation of GEAVET Solutions for Climate-Smart Agriculture

The objective of WP5 is to ensure the sustainable impact of African-EU joint research and curricula development by piloting and evaluating the methods, technologies, and solutions developed under the GEAVET program. This includes assessing their impact on gender, employability, and the environment, as well as evaluating their potential for replication and scaling.

A consistent methodology will be provided for the design, implementation, and management of the project’s Living Labs (LLs), offering guidance and ensuring coherence across activities. Four replicable LLs will be implemented in different cities in Africa to test the GEAVET curriculum and its components.

The economic, environmental, and social impacts, along with the operational feasibility of the implemented GEAVET solutions, will be thoroughly assessed to support their scalability and long-term sustainability.
