🌿🌍 Exciting news from the Kick-off Meeting of our Erasmus+ CB-VET project 𝑰𝒏𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑨𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒄𝒐𝒔𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎 (GEA-VET) held in Padua on March 7th and 8th and hosted by our Project Coordinator, Eduforma Formazione e Consulenza 👨💼 The project is geared towards addressing the pressing challenges of 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 🍃 and the 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐠𝐚𝐩 👩🏫 in education and training systems. By focusing on vocational education and training (VET) providers, particularly in Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, and Mozambique, our aim is to 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 🌾 from subsistence farming 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭, income-generating activities with a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 👩🔧 Throughout the two-day meeting, we had the privilege to connect with fellow team members, delve into project management, communication, and dissemination strategies. Each Work Package leader presented their plans for implementation, fostering invaluable insights and collaboration. Next on our agenda: conducting a 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆-𝒐𝒇-𝒕𝒉𝒆-𝑨𝒓𝒕 𝑨𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝑽𝑬𝑻 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒕-𝑪𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑨𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆.
