Evidence-based Coaching programme for Women Farmers in Climate-Smart Agriculture
The focus is on identifying the skills necessary to enhance the employability of women farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa, with a particular emphasis on Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA). The research collects and documents good practices to promote sustainable entrepreneurship and support the development of agribusiness programs tailored to women in agriculture.
Building on this foundation, the work package includes the drafting of requirements for the GEAVET e-Platform, which will serve as a digital resource for training and support. Additionally, a mobility activity will be organized in Croatia to facilitate peer-to-peer learning and capacity building for TVET providers and teaching staff, promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices in sustainable agricultural education and entrepreneurship.
